Robert Hensler is 1984 Graduate of the Rutgers School of Law in Camden, New Jersey. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Hensler graduated, magna cum laude, from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He and his wife, Peggy, have three children, and the family is active in various community and church activities. Prior to establishing his own legal practice, Mr. Hensler worked for a large firm, a solo practitioner, and a small-to-medium size firm. He has experience at many levels, and in many areas of practice. Mr. Hensler was a law clerk to the Honorable H. Hurlburt Tomlin, J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division in Camden, following his graduation from law school. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar, the Pennsylvania Bar, New Jersey Federal District Court Bar, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and he is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. It is very likely that he will be able to directly assist you in your legal matter, or at a minimum, point you in the right direction!
